"If I could give 0 stars, I certainly would. I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this office to anyone! Everything was fine and I had no problems until I was involved in an accident (not at fault). I was able to file my claim and get my rental the same day. However, I was deemed at fault before anyone ever contacted me. Nobody asked for pictures, statements or even the driver insurance exchange information. State Farm was fully prepared to move forward, deeming me at fault, and continue processing the claim. The office staff was of no help and only worsened my problems by lying to me. They will do any and everything to get money FROM you but when it’s time for them to take ANY kind of action, you can absolutely forget it. I am still owed money from my policy premium right now and of course, I can’t get any help. They claim they “have nothing to do with claims”. Then they claim they “have nothing to do with billing”. As long as you pay your premiums & don’t have any accidents, they SEEM like a good agent. When you need THEM to do something FOR YOU….you can forget it!"

She always tries to go above and beyond with all your questions / concerns, and will always make sute that you’re satisfied with your insurance.
